InMoment is a customer experience (CX) SaaS platform that helps brands collect feedback from every channel, analyze it with AI, and take action to improve customer and business outcomes. They serve 3,000+ brands globally.
The Strategy
BASE identified gaps in InMoment’s topical coverage for “customer effort score,” a high-value keyword with 1,100 monthly searches and a $9.20 cost per click. Using live SERP data from the top 10 results, we pinpointed the key ideas and phrases needed to match search intent, then created content that filled those gaps and aligned the page with what searchers actually wanted to find.
The Results
The content went live in September 2022 and delivered fast. InMoment climbed to the top of the rankings for “customer effort score,” moving from a flat, mid-page position to hitting the #1 spot shortly after the optimization launched.
